AI transparency

MITRITY governs AI agents — and uses machine learning to do it. This page explains where AI appears in our product, how it relates to customer data, and how automated systems should interact with this site.

What MITRITY is

MITRITY is an Intent-Aware Governance (IAG) platform for autonomous AI agents — an agent firewall. It validates the actions AI agents attempt against their declared mission scope in real time, before they execute, and gives teams policies, audit trails, and reporting over everything their agents do.

How we use AI in the product

The platform's intent engine runs in two tiers: a lightweight model at the edge scores each agent action in real time, and the control plane performs deeper behavioral analysis over longer horizons to detect drift and anomalous patterns. These models are developed and operated by MITRITY, and they complement — never replace — the deterministic policy rules you define.

Customer data and AI

How customer data is processed — including in machine-learning pipelines — is governed by our privacy and data-processing terms. Model training uses anonymized and aggregated data only; individual customers or data subjects are not identifiable in training data. For the authoritative terms, see the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

Third-party AI services

MITRITY's intent models are developed in-house and operated on Google Cloud infrastructure in the EU (europe-north1, Finland). The sub-processor list in our DPA currently contains no third-party LLM or model-API provider; the third-party services we rely on cover infrastructure, payments, email, analytics, and bot protection. The authoritative, current list is Annex A of the Data Processing Agreement.

AI transparency and regulation

We monitor regulatory developments for AI systems, including the EU AI Act, and align our product, documentation, and processes as requirements take effect. For data-processing terms, see the Data Processing Agreement.

How AI systems should interact with this site

A machine-readable overview of this site is published at /llms.txt, with an expanded content inventory at /llms-full.txt. Our documentation is open and crawlable, including the product docs and the raw OpenAPI specification.

If an automated system discovers a security issue, report it to soc@mitrity.com, as published in our security.txt.
