What counts as an "agent event"?

An event is any action that passes through an edge node for evaluation — an HTTP request, a database query, a file operation, an API call. Each evaluation is one event regardless of the decision (allow, block, or alert).

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

MITRITY is framework-agnostic. Mitrity Gateway works with any HTTP-based agent out of the box — no SDK required. For MCP-compatible agents, deploy the MCP Sidecar for zero-config governance. We maintain first-class integration guides for the most popular frameworks and add new ones regularly.

How does the annual discount work?

Accepted Answer

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual at any time — the unused monthly portion is applied as credit toward your annual plan.

Do you offer volume discounts for large deployments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contact our sales team for custom Enterprise pricing if you need more than 25 agents, more than 100,000 events per month, SAML SSO, SIEM forwarding, or custom-trained ML models. Enterprise contracts are quoted based on your specific scale and compliance needs.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Swedish customers pay 25% VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT (reverse charge applies). EU consumers pay their local VAT rate. Customers outside the EU are not charged VAT. You can add your VAT number during checkout or in the billing portal.
